The very first time I worked for Volkswagen Das Auto Show in 2011, and this job was how I desperately to get it actually, I mean the previous time. I didn't know that is such a tough work yet so long working hours, just because of the stand by time was so fucking early! It caused all of us so tired and no enough energy, but the job scope was so easy though, sigh!
As I mentioned at the previous post, there's make up artist and hairstylist for us at the first 2 days because its only for invited guests to visit the show, so that our attire and outlook must be consistent. One thing that makes me feel disappointed was the make up and hairstylist have very poor skills, and they're from Acut Above Academy, I don't know why, or may be its because we've had too many girls? There's about 30 plus girls for this show. But luckily I done the make up by my own self only the hairdo by them. After that, the second day, most of the girls did the make up by their own as well, lol.
By the same time, I think is because of the management problems due to some of the girls quit the job while having break time, may be they feel unhappy with all these happened, so that we need to get replacement immediately, poor thing! Although I have also the same feeling with them, but I won't be disappeared out of sudden and makes people get into trouble, its such a irresponsible attitude please!
Anyway, I did enjoyed my working days although it was tiring indeed. Especially the last two days that open for public, there's crowded like nobody business, no matter it was rainy day or sunny day, those people is still holding their umbrella and queued up just because of this show, I wonder what the hell were they thinking about? I'd rather go for shopping or rest at home than doing such a stupid thing, lol. And yeah, both the days were having some clowns and also My FM & Hitz FM deejays, to entertain those pity public. Given away some gifts and played games with them as well.
